The first session (intake) is $160.

After that, all sessions are $160 for 45-55 minute appointments.

Once we schedule the first session, we will set up payment through the online portal. I walk you through this process during our consult call so you can ask any clarifying questions, if needed.

I am in-network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network

• Aetna

• Priority Health

HSA, Cash/CC payments also accepted.

If you are not in-network with the insurances listed above, but would like to use your insurance benefits, I provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

This first session is unique because it will be all of us participating. It is important for my “tween” and teen clients to have a parent/guardian present in this first appointment.

In this session, we will discuss family background, counseling goals, current concerns, etc. This is also the time to go over client confidentiality, as well as client expectations.

All in all, I want ALL of us to walk away from this session feeling informed, hopeful and empowered for change.

1:1 with the client. A waiting area is available for the parent/guardian.

Additional support won’t be needed for many clients, but for some, it can be essential for achieving our goals.

Additional support is (but not limited to):

• communication with your child’s school counselor or teacher, re: observations at school

• writing and submitting letters

• collaborating with coaches

**NOTE: parent check-ins are included with in the per-session rate. Check-ins at the beginning of the session and/or phone calls in between sessions are free of charge.
